To be eligible for a return, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, including original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. The bracelet or strap must remain in the same size and condition (no links added or removed).
Returns must be requested before sending the item back and done so within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returning the item to us must be done so with correct insurances and this is up to the customer to make sure it is in place and Watch This Source do not take liability for the item if it is lost via the courier when posting a return back.
