RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the bracelet or strap in the same size and condition it arrived. Do not remove or add links to the strap, as the return will be refused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be sent to: Mr. James Czibor Freemans House, Liquorice Way, Pontefract, WF8 1DR Postage and insurance must be arranged and paid for by the purchaser. Once shipped, please inform us of the tracking information. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. REFUNDS
