Please read these terms carefully. They cover returns, payments, verification, appointments and how we handle your data.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the bracelet or strap in the same size and condition it arrived.
Do not remove or add links to the strap, as the return may be refused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is returned in a condition that does not match our records, the return may be refused or a restocking fee of 10% or more may be charged.

Postage and insurance must be arranged and paid for by the purchaser. Once shipped, please inform us of the tracking information.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, please email us at info@watchthissource.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Cash Payments
Watch This Source Ltd may accept cash payments at its sole discretion, subject to applicable UK legislation and our internal compliance procedures.
Cash payments may be subject to transaction limits determined by Watch This Source Ltd and any applicable legal requirements.

Appointments & Premises Security
All showroom visits at The Barracks Business Centre, Wakefield Road, Pontefract, WF8 4HH are strictly by prior appointment.
For the safety of our clients, staff and high-value stock:
- Government-issued photographic identification may be requested before or during your appointment.
- CCTV and audio recording operate throughout our premises.
- All appointments take place within a monitored and secure environment.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse service or terminate an appointment at our sole discretion.
By attending our premises, you acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording for security, crime prevention, insurance and evidential purposes.
